Wonderfront Music & Arts Festival powered by Events.com Returns to San Diego’s Waterfront on May 10-12, 2024!
The Wonderfront Music & Arts Festival is set to make a highly anticipated return to the heart of San Diego. Following successful collaborations with the Port of San Diego and San Diego’s Tourism & Marketing Department, the festival strategically shifts to a more advantageous timeframe. Promising an unforgettable experience along the stunning waterfront of downtown San Diego, Wonderfront is breaking away from its traditional late-November slot in 2024. The festival is geared to captivate audiences in Spring 2024 from May 10-12, ensuring a vibrant outdoor festival experience as San Diego’s Kick-Off to Summer Festival.

Wonderfront’s commitment to musical diversity remains strong. Spanning three days, with approximately 80 artists across seven stages activating San Diego’s iconic waterfront, the 2024 programming is set to deliver an eclectic lineup catering to various musical tastes, featuring established career headliners alongside the hottest emerging artists. This year’s format is dedicated to more of a daily curated collection of artists highlighting genre-specific talent grouped more by individual days. The Festival is also showcasing emerging Dance & DJ talent on this year’s new Club Lounge Stage. As anticipated, the festival grounds stretch from the heart of the city to the sea; featuring yacht parties, local culinary delights, immersive acts, unique activations, art installations, and breathtaking views woven into the fabric of the landscape.

In a special addition to this year’s festivities, Wonderfront proudly announces free entertainment in Seaport Village. The festival’s team is dedicated to programming a free community stage for the entire weekend, providing an opportunity for attendees to enjoy live performances from a variety of artists in the heart of San Diego. The free community stage at Seaport Village is a celebration of music, art, and the vibrant spirit of San Diego, a token of appreciation for the community’s longstanding support.
